There is nothing quite as intimidating as stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying new things. While I’ve made minor attempts at adding fabric movement into my dance sessions in the past we’ve always struggled due to a lack of time and focus. Working with fabric in a dance sessions takes a lot of extra attention to detail in order to make that movement look the way that we want to in camera. I finally set up a session with a couple of my dancers where the only focus was on getting those good flowing fabric poses. There is definitely a steep learning curve. Keltsee and Elysian were total pros and did an epic job keeping the focus on their technique, lovely

expressions, and moving with the fabric. 🤍

True Infinity Photography had the privilege of working with Chloe to create some amazing images for Chloe’s hair styling branding session. Her session was built to showcase her unique style and personality. We started by building a Pinterest mood board to begin to understand Chloe’s wants and needs. It’s important to point out that a mood board is only a launching point for any session. The final product should always reflect the individual that you are working to highlight. Going in, we knew that our session would take place in a studio with a white backdrop. Chloe came prepared in reds and browns to highlight her beauty and style. We were fortunate to have access to a red and gold velvet settee that added additional highlights to Chloe and her personality.

Our session was a perfect blend of laughter and jokes while remaining professional and keeping our timeline. Chloe’s husband, Max, joined us during our session. We believe that having an awesome support system during our sessions helps enable us to promote a relaxed and personalized atmosphere and experience. Max had a perfect blend of mild jokester and loving husband allowing Chloe to relax and enjoy her session.

Lovely Julia taking on the challenge of a pose that looks so simple but is deceptively tough. Going into this session, I had a series of 4 poses that I wanted to recreate from a Pinterest post that I had seen. I know that the final products are rarely like the original inspiration but it’s always fun to see just how similar/different that end result looks like. However, with some crazy insane balance, Julia managed to nail it beautifully!
